The 1.23 MAJOR UPDATE

1.23 means I love you!The resolution of the Lovebearer's Parable arc.
+ Major expansion to the Corn Field. Expanded out from the secret hidden in the the #2900fc update, the Corn Field now houses the Lovebearer's Parable. Interact with the book floating in the center of the campfire to begin the new questline!
+ New section added to the Convention Center (Hotel Block)
+ Expansions to the Dream State. You can now channel the safety & comfort of all nearby beings to enter an altered State of Being, allowing for increased drop rates on all new 1.23-related content. (Players who have completed all Parable's Prelude content will have an innate boost in this state for the first few weeks as a thanks for your continued investment!)
+ Added new channeling artifact: The Lovebearer's Parable. Obtained as a reward for completing all Lovebearer's Parable quests.

The Convention Center Update

Just do what you want!
The Lovebearer's Parable saga continues with the Convention Center update.
+ Added the Convention Center as a new communal hub space.
Featuring an in-universe Dealer's Den, Artist's Alley, and our third and fourth stage, this will serve as a secondary market for those less keen to take the high road!
- Practical items can be bought and sold at the Dealer's Den! Players will be able to hang up their own banners and display pieces to mark and denote their wares.
- The Artist's Alley will allow players to display, buy and sell cosmetic gear!
- The Open Mic and the Main Stage are now available as new stages!
The Open Mic operates in the same capacity as all other performance locations. The Main Stage operates in a unique matter, described below.
The Main Stage operates ONLY from 9 PM - 2 AM EST. Players will have the opportunity to submit their names at 12 PM EST for the evening. First come, first serve. Players who are selected MUST appear for their time slot, or risk a temporary suspension of their Disk Jiving privileges. Players will then be allowed to play a full hour long set, complete with an in-house VJ to run the in-game lighting and visual system!All players who visit the Convention Center will receive "BRFFMar'22 (oh, it's a bird!)" as a music track. Players who are chosen to partake in the Main Stage will also get access to a special reward.November 6, 2022

It's the new hobby sweeping the lands!+ You can now perform at clubs, with our newly integrated Disk Jiving system!
- Collected music tracks can now be mixed and mashed. You can change the key and tempo in real time!
- Keys and tempos will automatically sync, toggleable in the DJ settings mix for more savvy musicians.
+ Added new locations for performance:
Under The Bridge
A DIY inspired spot located under the I-81 bridge. Featuring a generator, some work lights and a simple setup, it's the perfect setup for someone who has no clue what they're doing!
The Gathering Place
A tavern-inspired locale with a more robust sound system, including musically-synced lights!
+ Added Leamiss. You can find them working the bar at the Gathering Place! Ask nicely enough, and she might have some work for you...
- Presently, only one player can use the Disk Jiving system at a time. Other players can add themselves to a local queue to hop on the decks once the player leaves, or 10 minutes after the initial request was made. We're still working internally to determine the best method to not stunt player's expression while not allowing the decks to be "locked up" by a single player.All players will receive the "Bawh!" music track upon login after this update goes live! This will be a permanent login offer going forward.

Buckered down in the Church Camp Pirate Playset, you can find our official collaboration with Noghead and Femboy Fisticuffs. Part of a new, outgoing partnership with the two, in conjuction with Ima, our long running sound artist.
+ Added the Church Camp Pirate Playset in the Camping District.
+ Noghead and Femboy Fisticuffs (winceWorthy) can be found lounging around this area. Speaking to them will begin the "Blooming Bouquet" questline, allowing you to unlock Bloom-related cosmetics and music tracks.

The Bird Band Boogaloo Update

Happy 1st anniversary, players! The Bird Band Boogaloo is back in town. This update adds three new legendary birds:
+ Added Ari, the blue god of time, as well as the Ari (1st Party Form).
+ Added Ima, the yellow deity of space, as well as the Ima (1st Party Form).
+ Added Alto, the gray one. As well as the Alto (1st Party Form).
Speak to Ari in the One Trifecta distinct to get started. These initial quests will run until July 6, 2020, but don't fret if you miss out! A generic, permanent quest will be implemented in the week following, which will not include the 1st Party form but will allowed the main version of each character to be unlocked.
